Surbhi Ghai

Surbhi is a Former Research Associate at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER), New Delhi and current Research Assistant at Stanford University. Her research interests include gender and labour markets, with a focus on employment generation. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from University College London and B.A.(Hons) in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi.

Raavi Aggarwal

Raavi is a Master’s student of Analysis and Policy in Economics (M2) at the Paris School of Economics and current Intern at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Her research interests include climate change and economic development. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from University College London and B.A.(Hons) in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi.

Debasmita Padhi

Debasmita is a Research Associate at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), South Asia, where she works on education and immunization policies in Haryana. Her research interests include agriculture and microfinance. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford and a B.A.(Hons) in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
